Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us form, with your order number and reason for return. We will get back in touch within 24 hours.
Exclusions:
- Personalized goods are non-refundable. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 Working days.
