Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer FREE Worldwide shipping for all our goods.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. As these are made to order items, We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 days of your order.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 8-12 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: No, unfortunately due to the high cost of this method of shipping, this is not an option available.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Q: What types of products can be personalized on ItsPersonal-ised?
A: We offer a wide range of personalized gifts, including Blankets, Rugs, Luggage Covers, Watches and more.
Q: How do I personalize a product?
A: To personalize a product, select the item you want, and use the customization options provided on the product page. You can add names, dates, special messages, or photos, depending on the item.
Q: Can I preview my personalized product before purchasing?
A: Yes, we offer a preview of what your item will look like in the product images section.
Q: Are there any limitations on personalization?
A: While we strive to accommodate all requests, there may be character limits or specific guidelines depending on the product. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
Q: Do your Watches and Jewelry come presented in a gift box?
A: Yes they do. All watches and Engraved jewelry is presented in a gift box.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
ORDERS
Can I cancel my order?
Please note these are made to order items, and are placed in the processing queue within 30 minutes of your order being made. Any order cancellations must be made within this timescale, if you fail to do so, there will be a small cancellation fee.
Q: I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us with the correct details, using the "Contact Us" form or email help@itspersonal-ised.com

A: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I return a non-personalized item?
A: Yes, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
Gift Cards and Promotions
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: No, unfortunately we currently don't offer Gift Cards.
Q: How do I use a promotional code?
A: To use a promotional code, enter it in the designated field at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your order.
Q: Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?
A: Unfortunately, only one promo code can be applied per order. Be sure to choose the one that offers the best savings!
